Landlord's evidence: "She said she felt intimidated by the Respondent Tenant and she asked her boyfriend to deal with the Respondent Tenant on her behalf. She said she was present when her boyfriend spoke by telephone to the Respondent tenant on 2nd March 2016. She accepted that there had been a heated exchange but denied that her boyfriend had in any way been abusive threatening or intimidating when speaking to the Respondent Tenant". Tenant's evidence: "She went on to say that when she spoke to the Appellant Landlord’s boyfriend on 2nd March 2016 he made threats to evict her from the dwelling and she felt intimidated... She stated that she was of the view that the Appellant Landlord wanted to terminate the tenancy once the Respondent Tenant applied to the HAP Scheme".
