Tenant's evidence: “He said that in or about May or June 2021 he received a formal proposal the Receiver offered to pay the sum of €1500 to him in consideration for vacating the dwelling. He said that after studying all the elements of this proposal he was not happy and that he was in the dwelling for years whilst another tenant was there for four months who was also offered the same amount... He gave evidence to the effect that as soon as he was in Ireland he informed Deloitte and he was informed that the locks of the house were changed in July 2021. He gave evidence that he was told that the former landlord had taken possession of the dwelling and that Deloitte no longer had control of the dwelling… He said that as of the date of the Tribunal hearing he had not recovered any of his personal belongings.”
